We know we don't always make the right choice the first time. That's why we offer our customers a Worry Free Promise to ensure no matter what phone or how long your rate plan term, you will always be happy. Our Worry Free Promise lets you:

Change your rate plan at anytime and exchange your phone within 7 days and 30 mins of airtime*.

*Fine Print:

• This policy excludes Apple iPhones. All iPhone inquiries post sale are directed to Apple iCare at 1-800-263-3394.
• Phone must be returned within 7 days and 30 minutes of airtime from original date of purchase. Phone box and all packaging must be returned. Phone and packaging must not be damaged and must be in resellable condition.
• If you exchange the phone for a less expensive phone you will be refunded the difference between the two phones. 
• Two free rate plan changes permitted per year. Please contact us if you are not sure you have the best rate plan for your current calling habits. We will work with you to select the best rate plan.
• The Worry Free Promise does not apply to Pay and Talk phones.
