Promotion Rules

Valid on all new and renewal cell phone or smartphone purchases made at Tom Harris Cellular. One entry per person permitted. Open to all legal Canadian residents 15 years of age or older. In order to win you must answer a skill-testing question. A random person will be selected each month and contacted via phone. A cheque to the equal value of the phone plus taxes will be sent to the prize draw winner. The winner must agree to have their surname published on the website to validate this promotion.
